Submit the Intake Form

  1. Complete the Film Agreement Intake Form (Microsoft Form). The reference to filming on this form includes photography.
  2. Strategic Communications issues the required Penn State agreement template.
  3. Once the supplier signs the agreement, Strategic Communications submits to Central Procurement for University signature.
