When an external entity is paying Penn State and requires a registration form that needs an electronic or hard signature, the department should complete the form to the best of their ability and submit to the appropriate office below.

Submit a Procurement Contract Request Intake Form and attach the completed external entity's registration form unless the external entity registration form requires basic information without a signature or terms and conditions. In that instance, the department should register directly with the external entity instead of submitting the form for approval.
