- Contact ORA regarding NDAs supporting decisions about potential research agreements.
College of Medicine Intellectual Property and Commercialization
- Review Center for Medical Innovation (CMI) Non-Disclosure Agreements regarding discussions related only to current or anticipated intellectual property collaborations or commercialization and submit to CMI.
Research
- Review the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) NDA Decision Tree for research-related NDAs outside the College of Medicine.
- Follow OSP submission guidance.
Student Projects
- Submit student project NDAs to Undergraduate Administration.
Non-research
- Submit non-research NDAs related to goods and services to Central Procurement.
- If associated with a purchase order, attach the agreement to the Create Non-Catalog Purchase Requisition (ServiceNow); otherwise, submit a contract request for review.
