Prime Membership

Personal Prime memberships may not be used for University purchases.

Remove an existing account with a @psu.edu email

Amazon only allows an email to be used with one account. If you previously used your Penn State email for an Amazon account, complete a de-registration to use the email for the new Amazon Business account.

Sales Tax Refund

Request a sales tax refund by calling Amazon at 866-486-2360.

For third-party sellers, open Orders, select the transaction, and select Contact Seller. Allow two business days for seller response.
